We thoroughly assess and design each and every door, tailoring it to suit perfectly. You can customise everything from panel layouts to glazing bars and paint finishes. Once we have taken everything into account our CAD drawing system is used to produce accurate drawings ready for customer sign off. Our technical team will also ensure our timber doors meet regulations such as PAS24 or Secured by design where required.
Sourced sustainably, all of our bespoke doors are constructed using hardwood Sapele. Our extensive research and experience working with this timber has ensured it passes the test of time. It’s low movement, high density characteristics makes for lasting durability and the porous grain works in harmony with our high quality paint finishes.

Our timber spraying specialists utilise our state-of-the-art spray booth. All of our timber doors go through a 5-stage paint system starting with an impregnating base coat to seal end grain followed by 4 coats of micro porous primers and top coats. This results in maximum durability coupled with low maintenance. We make sure our timber doors can stand all the weather variants the UK can throw at them.
Like all of the products we produce, our timber doors come with a range of glazing specifications to suit the desired: budget, style or planning regulation requirement. From single glazed float for Heritage projects through to state of the art, insulated gas units or Vacuum sealed laminates. Our doors are sure to be glazed with the perfect glass for their intended application.
