Our team of dedicated surveyors, managers and installers combine their industry experience and expertise to ensure your project runs as smoothly as possible to a standard that is second to none.

A Brief Introduction To The Process

– At first contact we will briefly discuss your project requirements and timescale and forward your enquiry to a member of our technical sales team to assist you further.

– Either using your tender documents or by conducting our full site survey – we produce our quotation, specification details and timescale for your project

– If you choose to action our work, we immediately begin finalising all key details and variables before the scheduled project start / delivery date

– Whilst carrying out our site work or delivering our new windows and doors. Your assigned project manager will keep you updated on a regular basis.

– On project hand over, we supply you with our after sales package.

Initial Enquiry & Tender

Upon your enquiry you will be passed to a member of our technical team to discuss your project in more detail. Using your tender documents we will discuss your requirements, budget and timescale. Use our tender document upload in our contact form to expedite your enquiry.

Full Site Surveys

We are able to produce budget quotations from accurate tender documents however, to ensure our clients are able to make informed decisions or if they do not have full tender documents, we advise we perform our on site survey. We thoroughly assess your project and provide a report on the work / joinery required, a full photo schedule, quotation and drawings. We aim to be on site within two weeks of your enquiry, and endeavour to produce your survey pack with 7 – 10 days after our site visit.

Commissioning Your Project

Once we have received your purchase order, our technical team hit the ground running to finalise specification, logistics, timescales and health and safety obligations. We are also at hand to assist with any planning issues that arise.

We understand plans and circumstances change, that is why our team will regularly be in touch to update you of our progress leading up to the start of the project. These regular updates will also give you the opportunity to update us of any changes in your requirements or schedule.

Executing Your Project

We believe communication is the key to a successful project. Whether we are servicing existing sash windows or delivering new double glazed windows and doors. Our dedicated installation manager keeps up-to-date on the progress on the project, as well as being available to liase with your managers on any updates or changes to the schedule you may face.

Completion & After Sales

Upon project hand over you will receive our after sales care package to ensure our work or products are used and maintained correctly by the end user. Two staggered quality control revisits are scheduled to ensure our work has settled in correctly and is showing no sign of fault. Included in our care package is our maintenance contact details to ensure you have access to guidance or assistance if anything happens to our work/products.
