I contacted WRSW in March 2021 as i needed assistance with changing the windows and doors in a listed building that was used for Offices. After meeting both Robin and Kieran i knew that we were in safe hands and they talked me through each step that i needed to follow with the council and also assisted with the planning application. After waiting for the planning application to go through i contacted Robin and we started looking at installation dates and the finer details. At this point we had gone from having one aspect done to two and Robin and Kieran got to work on producing the various parts and kept in touch with the timescales. Installation day came and Ryan and his team did not stop from the minute they got here and it had to be just right, they worked alongside myself for approx 5 weeks and perfection from this team was always at the top of the list. They were polite, hard working and professional at all times. Installation was completed on time and the return date booking in the diary to review any settling issues. I can't thank the team enough for making the building stand out from the crowd and also bringing its character back to life.

We needed three sash windows replaced in our Georgian house and have been delighted with the work carried out by William Richards. From the first contact with Robin, followed by Kieran in the planning stage through to the fitters Ryan, Jack and Jordan the whole process was excellent. All staff were friendly, professional and capable and we will certainly use them again.

I have just had my huge Victorian sash windows refurbished and I could not be happier- the craftsmanship and finish is excellent in fact my decorator commented he had not come across so smooth and well repaired windows and they specialise in working on heritage buildings.

We originally planned to replace or repair some old single glazed sash windows, but were very pleased, when Robin came to visit us, to find that our old casement windows could be fixed too. In the end we opted for replacement rather than repair and are very pleased that we did. We also decided to have our rather tired looking front door replaced with a new oak one. We are delighted with the appearance of all the windows and the door and amazed by how much warmer and draught free our house is. The service we received was fantastic, with Robin and Kieran both keeping us updated with progress and ensuring we were happy at all times when the fitting was taking place. The fitters did an excellent job and were very pleasant and efficient throughout. We would highly recommend this company.
